Chad Luckette

Chadluckette_1Right across the street from the gallery (Junc) next to the Jiffy Lube on Sunset blvd is parked the car/home of Chad Luckette. Perched on top of his Lincoln Continental is a rather unstable looking structure which serves as his residence. A system of wooden metal struts connected to the bumper act as supports ensuring the entire structure doesn't slide of the back end. A more detailed description can be found on his Myspace blog (in which we learn the amenities also include heat and water.) An aspiring actor you can also find his resume and headshots as well as some odd photos of him in speedos in various locations for no apparent reason on his MS homepage. Chad is one of the many endearing characters you will find along the stretch known as Sunset Junction and is often seen with another neigborhood favorite " the Five Dollar Guy." ( thats for another time) With the price of rent in the Five Boroughs what it is these days he may be onto something here.
